Team and Staff Headshot Pricing
Team headshot sessions can take place on-location at your office or at our studio. For teams working remotely, new hires, or small teams, our Marion studio is available for sessions. Group sessions are billed per-person with the price going down in tiers. The first 4-9 people at $149, employees 10-19 billed at $129 each and so on. For teams on-location there is a $199 location fee.

Will you also shoot team photos in addition to the headshots?
Of course! Whether your team is big or small, we’ve got you covered. We can take photos of the entire team together or split them up into groups by departments – whatever works best for you. Whether you want a big group shot or individual photos of each department or team, we’re here to make it happen.
As a bonus, we usually include one group photo at no extra charge in any team shoot. If you need additional groupings, it’s no problem – they’ll be billed at the same price as an extra individual. Easy peasy!
Where are you located?
Our studio is conveniently located in Marion, right across from the Veterans Airport on Hwy 13. We are only a 3-minute drive from downtown Marion and easily accessible from just about any part of southern Illinois. We offer in-studio photography on an appointment basis for our clients as well as location services. Our convenient online scheduling system allows you to schedule headshots for any new hires without ever having to contact us. Just click and go!
