Today marks the first day of autumn, or fall. These two terms are used interchangeably. No matter which you call it, the season is changing from the hot, humid days of summer to the cool nights warm days of autumn. This is the perfect time for capturing the climate changes with warm water and cool air temperatures.
In many regions of North America, the landscape silently explodes with vibrant colors of red, yellow, and orange.
From here on out, the temperatures begin to drop and the days start to get shorter than the nights. The leaves will begin to drop off the trees, providing endless hours of jumping into leaf piles for children and raking them back up for parents! I remember jumping into leaves with my brother and sister. It seemed to be endless hours of fun! Baseball season hits the homestretch, while football season is just warming up. Temperatures begin to drop, nights begin to get longer, and all the woodland critters are storing up for the long haul of winter.
How do you know that fall is coming? Are you looking forward to football season or is PSL more your style? Share you comment below!
